• Calsoft Systems is a business technology consulting company located in Torrance California. Calsoft began as a family business and the founders still work here in the office. Calsoft is employee owned and managed. This means we are an ESOP company. We have an Employee Share Ownership Program where the company is owned by the employees. Average retention of employees is seven years and a lot of employees stay longer than that. We put a lot of value of having a great culture and having people feel at home at our company. Calsoft is a B-Crop which means a benefit corporation. We work to improve the three Ps: people, planet and profit. • We provide technology that enhances business performance, specializing in ERP s systems implementation for Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX, NAV and GP. We started out as a custom development company and moved to specializing in ERP about 20 years ago. • We have five major technical teams: An ERP services team, a network infrastructure team, a custom software development team, a consulting team, and a customer support team. Our team members are dedicated to seeing their projects through with high customer satisfaction. We have a never give up attitude. Our team members stay with a project from pre-sales through to support combining technical expertise and business know-how. • We have been steadily growing, we have offices in NY, Chicago, Dallas, Tokyo, Japan and a development office in China. The Torrance office is our main office and our largest office. • Calsoft’s niche for several years has been to provide IT and ERP services to Japanese multinationals. Many of our clients are headquartered in Japan and have subsidiaries in the United States and other parts of the world. They need an ERP system to integrate their complex, global businesses. In addition to our technical expertise we offer the extra value of bilingual consulting and a strong understanding of Japanese business culture. About 75% of our customers are Japanese. • Calsoft have since expanded to the US market. Many of our U.S. clients have heard about us through Microsoft, we are a Microsoft partner. In fact we won the MS-US partner of the year in both 2020 and 2021 in different categories, something we are very proud of.
