The Telco Account Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver the accounts sales objectives. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Achieve sales target within assigned group of accounts and KPIs
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Build reports on the status of accounts and business transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional client experience.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Sales Account Manager
- Knowledge of the Voice market
- High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Ability to proactively identify and implement growth opportunities to drive additional margin and volumes
- Knowledge of MS Office; Salesforce is a plus
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Project management and time management skills
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- English fluent, and Spanish speaking is a plus but not mandatory
