Role

BeReal is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with key clients in the US market. The Adops will be responsible for preparing, delivering and managing paid campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and ensure smooth operations, while pushing for quick and effective results.

  • Prepare, deliver, and optimize digital advertising campaigns using BeReal adtech stack, especially Google Ad Manager and our own internal tool

  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to ensure KPIs are met.

  • Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign performance to clients.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and holding routine meetings.

  • Actively upsell and cross-sell additional campaigns and advertising solutions to clients based on their needs.

  • Work with internal teams including marketing, sales, and product to align campaign strategies and objectives.

  • Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve campaign offerings and client experience.

  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss campaign progress and future opportunities.

Profile
  • Minimum of 3 years as an Adops in an ad tech company or a related field.

  • Proven track record of managing digital ad campaigns and client relationships in the ad tech space.

  • Working knowledge of Google Ad Manager is a plus (and digital advertising technologies).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to analyze data, present insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
