As our Account Manager, you will:

● Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for employers using 12twenty to connect with top talent, building strong relationships and ensuring they achieve their hiring goals

● Own client retention and minimize churn by helping employers realize the value of 12twenty’s platform and how it meets their recruiting and hiring needs

● Proactively identify and manage expansion opportunities within existing employer accounts and collaborate with 12twenty’s Partnerships team on strategic growth initiatives

● Prepare and facilitate virtual and in-person account reviews, training sessions, webinars, demos, and other strategic engagements tailored to employer users

● Educate employer customers on best practices for maximizing their recruiting success through 12twenty’s tools and technology

● Identify opportunities for process improvements within the employer success function, share findings with leadership, and implement changes to improve efficiencies

We’re looking for someone who has: 

● 4-6 years in account management, customer success, sales, and/or project management

● Ability to manage a large portfolio of clients and demonstrated ability to grow accounts

● Strong cross-functional skills, including the ability to motivate and influence internal team members to meet business objectives (e.g. implementation, product, sales, engineering, support)

● Ability to think on your feet and quickly grasp new concepts

● Confidence in making decisions and recommendations 

● Bachelor’s degree

We’d LOVE it if you had:

● Working knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office Suite, and Salesforce

● SaaS, Higher Education, and/or Recruiting experience

● Solution Selling Experience

Annual compensation range: $80k - $85k base salary, $100k - $105k OTE

The annual compensation range for this position is listed above. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on company compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. 

In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for equity. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), and paid time off.
