The Director of Account Management oversees a portfolio of clients, focusing on renewals and expanding customer relationships within the real estate and fintech sectors, ensuring overall satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Our Sales organization is building deeper specialization to accelerate growth, strengthen customer relationships, and align tightly with Customer Success.
The Account Manager is responsible for expanding and retaining existing customer relationships. This role focuses on growing wallet share, cross-selling valuation and analytics solutions, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and renewal.
The ideal candidate has a consultative approach, can align with client business objectives, and thrives on finding new growth opportunities within an existing book of business.
What You Will Work On
- Own a portfolio of mid-to-large lender, servicer, and fintech accounts.
 - Develop and execute account plans focused on renewals, expansions, and multi-product adoption.
 - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across AVM, BPO, appraisal, inspection, and property data solutions.
 - Serve as the primary commercial contact, maintaining regular executive and operational touchpoints.
 - Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and ongoing client satisfaction.
 - Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer workflows, pain points, and strategic goals.
 - Negotiate renewals and expansions in partnership with Sales leadership and Legal.
 - Manage pricing discussions, volume commitments, and contractual adjustments to align with customer needs and company objectives.
 - Forecast renewals and expansions, delivering accurate pipeline and revenue projections.
 - Work with Product and Sales Engineers to introduce new solutions to customers.
 - Align with Business Development to ensure smooth transitions from new logo acquisition to long-term growth.
 - Partner with Customer Success to maximize account health metrics, including usage, adoption, and satisfaction.
 
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field; MBA a plus.
 - 7+ years of account management or relationship sales experience in mortgage, real estate, fintech, or data/analytics.
 - Proven track record of driving revenue growth and retention within a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
 - Strong understanding of real estate valuation workflows, data products, and financial services market dynamics.
 - Excellent communicator, able to build trusted relationships with executives and technical stakeholders.
 - Consultative selling mindset with the ability to uncover new opportunities and position complex solutions.
 - Strong financial and contractual acumen.
 
What You Can Expect
- Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $121,000- $169,000 annually, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include a company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
