The Account Executive oversees daily production processes for digital projects, manages client expectations, budgets, and collaborates on integrated campaigns, ensuring effective teamwork and communication.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day concepting and production processes for all digital projects, such as model year updates across search, display, social, endemics, and video. Additionally, there will be opportunities to work on additional integrated 360 campaigns that entails broadcast, digital, social, print, and other campaign elements.
· The AE is the “go-to” person on client creative expectations, product questions, production specs, media specs and legal feedback.
· In addition, the AE will be responsible for maintaining daily tasks associated with the Kia Account Team including (creative rotations, tracking quarterly jobs, production budgets and network clearance among other things).
· The AE will mainly report to the Account Supervisor, and sometimes the Account Director on certain projects
· The AE may also be responsible for the management and career development of an Account Coordinator.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Account Services:
- Digital account support across all Kia models plus opportunities to work on integrated campaigns
- Collaborate with teams to ensure strategic brand integration and production efficiencies
- Proactively manage project budgets and ensures close financial adherence -- responsible for communicating any potential issues to the larger team, Account Supervisor and/or clients
- Run weekly cross-agency status calls, client check-ins and media team updates
- Manages team documents (e.g. status reports, contact reports, workbooks, competitive activity, opening jobs, job reports, etc.)
- Assist with material/deck preparations for all Client presentations and oversee preparation for Client meetings (printing presentations, creating agendas, ordering food, etc.)
- Strategic / Planning:
- Be strategic - challenge and question everything
- Develop assignment sheets and creative briefs as needed
- Develop Project Assignment Requests as necessary for Project Management team to ensure the timely delivery of creative
- Creative Development / Production Process

- Work closely with Producer to ensure:
- Production timeliness are met, Internal reviews are completed and feedback accounted for, prior to presenting to clients
- Development of Copy-Decks (including legal disclaimers)
- Delivery of assets (‘goodie-bag’ including video assets)
- Creative trafficking (as needed)
- Production direction to third-party vendors (as needed)
- Organization of final creative files
- Creative rotation/feedback is reflected across all parties (Client/Creative/Product Specialist/Account Services)
- Work closely with media partners to ensure all spec information is accurate and shared on time
- Department Collaboration

- Maintain ongoing communication with all departments (including vendors) to ensure available assets are shared
- Assist other departments on ‘larger’ efforts (i.e. Competitive Reviews, Integrated Production Schedules, etc.)

The base salary range is $55k-60k plus OT and benefits.
