We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a book of business, driving outbound sales initiatives, and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients predominantly via email and phone communications with limited customer visits.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Reporting and recording all sales activities in a web-based CRM system
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Prospecting new sales by cold calling.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Identify and help resolve client concerns, working with the Sales Admin and Technical Support team.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to product and support teams and other company staff.
  • Lead marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and events.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Skills / Qualifications

  • 2-4 years experience in business to business sales, preferably in aviation or software related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to develop ongoing customer relationships
  • Passion for selling software, technology products
  • Ability to persuade and influence others
  • Prior experience in the Aviation industry, flight planning, or as a professional pilot is a major plus.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing; or equivalent work experience in related field

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $80,000 - $105,000.
