Job Summary
Responsible for the sale of integrated communication structure to small-to-medium business customer. Develops relationships with individual businesses and the community and positions the Comcast brand as key components of the sales strategy and keeps with Comcast's touchstones.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting activities including cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, networking, customer referrals, and partner relationships. Maintain a high level of activity and a results-driven approach to achieving sales objectives.
  • Meet with prospective and existing customers regularly in the field. Effectively present solutions, negotiate agreements, and communicate value through strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Recommend bundled technology solutions that meet customer needs while achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that showcase Comcast Business products and services.
  • Develop and grow an assigned sales territory by building relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering an exceptional customer experience. Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer records, and activity reports to support business planning and performance tracking.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position Comcast Business solutions in the marketplace.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales goals, revenue objectives, and key performance metrics.
  • Exercise sound judgment, prioritize opportunities, and independently manage day-to-day sales activities within an assigned territory.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. This role may require flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and additional hours as business needs dictate.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Salary:
Base Pay: $50,000.00

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $80,000.00
