Job Summary
Reporting to the Director, Industry Verticals, this role leads strategy and execution across a portfolio of high-value advertiser and agency relationships, with a focus on QSR, Sports Betting, Retail, and other assigned verticals. The Lead Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing net-new client-direct relationships, expanding existing partnerships, and increasing adoption of Comcast Advertising's cross-platform portfolio. This role applies market intelligence, data-driven insights, and portfolio strategy to shape integrated solutions aligned to client objectives, measurable outcomes, and long-term business impact, while serving as a strategic advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prospect, and convert net-new client-direct advertiser relationships across QSR, Sports Betting, Retail, and other assigned industry verticals, while expanding existing client and agency partnerships with accountability for revenue growth, retention, and long-term business impact.
  • Lead account and opportunity planning that maps stakeholders, prioritizes growth opportunities, and aligns client objectives with Comcast Advertising capabilities, including addressable advertising, programmatic, cross-platform media, audience solutions, measurement, attribution, and data-driven insights.
  • Develop strong client relationships and serve as a consultative partner and strategic advisor by elevating conversations from products to strategy, outcomes, and measurable impact.
  • Lead and advance complex opportunities across the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, close, forecasting, and pipeline reporting for assigned accounts.
  • Create and present tailored client proposals and executive-level presentations for complex opportunities, ensuring solutions are aligned to client objectives and positioned to support investment decisions.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales leadership, product, marketing, research, strategy, operations, finance, billing, and measurement teams to address client needs and deliver integrated solutions with strong execution.
  • Leverage attribution, performance analysis, audience insights, marketplace intelligence, and technology to guide decision-making, refine account strategy, and identify incremental multi-solution growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to vertical go-to-market strategies and solution enhancements by sharing client insights, category trends, competitive intelligence, market dynamics, and feedback on product offerings and packaging.
  • Participate in internal business reviews and external client meetings with clear communication, executive presence, and command of account performance, pipeline, opportunity strategy, and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate customer and prospect records and contribute to required documentation, forecasting discipline, pipeline reporting, and account-level business updates.
  • Leverage tools and technology, including automation and AI-enabled solutions, to improve sales workflows, client insights, and forecasting discipline.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Salary:
New York Pay Range: $93,717.01 - $140,575.52
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Targeted Commission: $100,000.00
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
