As an Account Development Representative (ADR), your focus will be on driving the company’s revenue growth through strategic client engagement and market expansion. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities, upselling to existing clients, and contributing significantly to sales and revenue goals. Leveraging your expertise in software solutions and HubSpot CRM, you will aim to exceed quotas and support the company’s aggressive growth strategy.

- Manage and grow client relationships using HubSpot CRM, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in outbound prospecting, preferably in a software or technology environment

- Advanced outbound/cold-calling skills, with proficiency in tools such as Apollo, Lusha, and ZoomInfo
- Ability to engage in high-level conversations with a strong EQ and IQ
