Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our print team. You will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and they align with client goals.
This position is ideal for someone who is eager to develop their project management skills and grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Contributes to all daily assigned client service activities
- Assists in delivering print marketing services to each client in a timely manner and within the scope of the agreement; including all relevant SOWs and schedules
- Works closely with designer, art/creative directors, finishers, and other divisions of the department, as well as other departments within the agency, to ensure that direction provided is clear and sufficient in order to produce the desired deliverables for each client
- Supports the rest of the team when client communication is needed
- Engages in regular account team meetings to cover resource planning and projections
- Conducts daily production meetings to touch base on project progress
- Participates to solve client needs strategically-which includes participation in ideation and brainstorms where needed
- Helps organize work orders and client notes in an efficient manner
- Completes tasks required for opening new jobs, including (but not limited to): setting up decks, slack channels, and all other tools needed to kick off a project
- Schedules team creative meetings
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience working on entertainment marketing print jobs
- Proven track record and desire to handle multiple projects with innumerable client changes, while maintaining a calm demeanor
- Ability to wrangle graphic designers, art directors, finishers and clients to meet deadlines
- Capacity to handle a wide variety of tasks and assignments in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Exhibits excellent communication skills, both orally and in written form
- Flexibility, responsiveness and the capability to ''think on their feet''
- Must be proficient in Google Suite & Slack
- General familiarity with Airtable is a plus
Additional Information:
- This position reports to the Head of Print.
- You must be able to make a daily commute to LA office, min. 3 days.
- Regular business hours are Mon-Fri 10am to 7pm.
- The position is non-exempt (hourly) and annualized pay range is $58k -$62,400. This is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Actual offers may vary based on work experience.

- Position may require you to work evening overtime, and occasionally weekends and holidays.
