We Make Remote Work Remarkable • TopTalent from LatAm
Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.
We need an English-fluent Marketing Analytics & Data specialist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

Are you the one we are looking for?
Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination of omnichannel analytics frameworks connecting CRM, media, web, and sales touchpoints.
- Manage delivery timelines, sprint planning, and project tracking to ensure execution is consistent and data transformations are correctly implemented.
- Support the Director of Analytics in defining KPIs, frameworks, and methodologies to align analytics outputs with client goals (ROI, CLV, engagement).
- Oversee data ingestion accuracy, audit transformation logic, and ensure consistency across datasets.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline ETLs, automate repetitive processes, and build reliable data structures.
- Maintain data governance, naming conventions, and documentation to reduce rework and improve transparency.
- Build and refine dashboards (Power BI, Domo, Looker Studio) that visualize omnichannel performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Use SQL/Python to clean and transform datasets for marketing attribution, customer segmentation, and behavioral analysis.
- Translate complex data into clear stories and recommendations — making analytics actionable for both internal teams and clients.
- Mentor junior analysts; oversee their progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Act as the operational bridge between the Director of Analytics, engineering partners, and client teams.
- Drive adoption of best practices in process documentation, sprint efficiency, and reporting optimization.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or data engineering — ideally within pharma, healthcare, or consumer goods.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical programming language (Python, R).
- Hands-on experience with ETL development, data validation, and BI tools (Domo, Power BI, Looker Studio).
- Strong understanding of omnichannel analytics and attribution modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to turn data insights into strategic business recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Experience collaborating with remote or cross-time zone teams.
It´s a Plus:
- Advanced understanding of healthcare data (CRM, Veeva, IQVIA) and HCP engagement analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, BigQuery, Azure, or Snowflake).
- Knowledge of marketing mix modeling or predictive analytics.
- Exposure to machine learning or GenAI tools for analytical automation.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing agile or sprint-based analytic workflows.
Compensation:
