About the Job
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving Field AI’s fast-paced hiring efforts. You will own scheduling, candidate experience, operational excellence across recruitment processes, and be the connective tissue between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving problems proactively, and can move quickly while maintaining a high bar for accuracy and experience.
What You’ll Get To Do:
- 1. Interview Scheduling & Coordination
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones and teams
- Manage logistics, confirmations, and real-time adjustments with professionalism and speed
- Ensure a smooth, positive, and white-glove candidate experience
- 2. Candidate Experience & Support
- Share prep materials, handle questions, and provide timely updates
- Maintain a warm, professional, and responsive communication style
- 3. Recruiting Operations
- Maintain accurate data across our ATS and recruiting systems
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively recommend workflow improvements
- Ensure compliance and consistency across recruiting processes
- 4. Team Collaboration
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support fast-paced hiring needs
- Coordinate hiring team calibration, debriefs, and alignment meetings Contribute to building scalable recruiting processes as we grow
What You Have:
- Experience supporting technical hiring
- Prior experience in a startup or hyper-growth environment
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, and GSuite workflow automationInterest in robotics, AI, or future-of-work technologies
The Extras That Set You Apart:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a recruiting coordination or similar talent operations role
- Proven ability to manage complex scheduling and logistics in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic with the ability to take initiative and follow through
- Ability to anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and remove obstacles before they arise
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to maneuver ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Experience working with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, ect.)
- High level of professionalism and a strong candidate-first mindset
