Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate Fresher 3D Artist to join our creative team on project-based assignments. This role is ideal for beginners who want to gain real-world experience while working on structured production pipelines.

Create high-quality 3D models, environments, props, or assets based on project requirements

Develop clean topology suitable for animation, rendering, or real-time use

Apply textures, materials, and lighting as required

Collaborate with animators, developers, and leads to meet creative and technical standards

Make revisions based on feedback within agreed timelines

Deliver assets in required formats and naming conventions
Requirements Required Skills

Proficiency in one or more 3D software tools such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max
-
Strong understanding of modeling fundamentals, proportions, and form

Basic knowledge of UV mapping and texturing workflows

Ability to follow reference, style guides, and briefs accurately

Good communication and time management skills

Experience with real-time pipelines (Unreal Engine or Unity)

Knowledge of PBR workflows and optimization

Experience in animation, rigging, or lighting

Prior freelance or studio project experience

Freshers with a strong portfolio or demo work

Self-taught artists with practical project experience
