The 10-week Summer Associate Program is designed for MBA students between their first and second year. You'll be aligned to a product or industry group and contribute to active client engagements from the outset. The program includes immersive training, project-based learning, senior leader engagement, and networking opportunities across business lines.
You will be part of a team that supports clients through strategic transactions and capital raising. What to Expect
As a Summer Associate, over the 10-week program you will gain exposure to the work performed across investment banking teams while building the technical and professional skills required to succeed in the industry.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Building valuation models and supporting transaction execution
• Conducting company and industry research
• Preparing client materials and pitch presentations
• Participating in diligence sessions, client meetings, and internal discussions
• Collaborating with senior bankers on engagements across sectors and geographies
• Contributing to analyses and deliverables that support client engagements
Throughout the program, you will receive coaching, mentorship and ongoing feedback while building the skills required for a career in investment banking.

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of investment banking program experience or equivalent, demonstrated through work, military service, training, or education
Desired Qualifications
• MBA with an expected graduation date of December 2027 to June 2028
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively both independently and in teams
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills
• Track record of leadership or involvement in professional or academic initiatives
Licensing Requirements
• FINRA registration for SIE, Series 63 (or 66), and Series 79 must be completed within 90 days of hire if not already held. Recognized equivalents will be accepted.
Program Locations
Positions are available in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Pay Range:
CA (San Francisco, Los Angeles): $175,000 Yearly

This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$150,000.00 - $250,000.00
