Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Planning Specialist. This position is a full-time remote position.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector GSC Supplier and Agreements Team.0

Job Duties:

  • Support program proposal requirements.
  • Research part and supplier usage history.
  • Develop compliant RFQ package for supplier quotes in support of program proposals.
  • Coordinate and manage RFQ process for supplier quotes.
  • Analyze RFQ responses.
  • Provide written updates to suppliers and NG program team.
  • On-board suppliers in multiple ERP systems (SAP and Costpoint).
  • Provide invoice support.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Having majored in Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Transportation, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics / Applied Economics, Data Analytics / Business Intelligence, or similar from an accredited university
  • Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
  • MS Office including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher
  • Supply chain experience for an aerospace and/or defense company. 

Salary Range:

$ 57,300 to $ 85,900.00
