Design, develop, and model mission‑critical ground software for space systems. Integrate mission‑planning workflows and operational constraints, debug and integrate large distributed systems, lead task management and mentor team members, and create modular, reusable software architectures while performing software design and modeling analysis.

Develop real-time embedded system software for the EA-18G Growler program, resolve software/system defects, participate in Agile scrum teams, collaborate with customers and cross-site disciplines, and contribute to reviews and technical meetings using tools like ClearCase, Git, DOORS, and Green Hills Integrity RTOS.

Design, build, integrate, test, install and maintain rack-based communications hardware and cabling in lab and field environments. Produce drawings and BOMs, perform signal/power analysis, verify systems, troubleshoot complex issues, support site integration and provide stakeholder briefings. On-site role requiring travel and active security clearance.

Perform software integration, regression, and verification testing for EA-18G Airborne Electronic Attack subsystems. Develop and execute complex subsystem-level test procedures and software test plans, analyze system designs, identify and troubleshoot software issues, and contribute to Agile teams, peer reviews, milestone reviews, and technical interchange meetings while collaborating with customers and multidisciplinary engineering teams onsite.

Lead MBSE efforts using Cameo to develop SysML Activity, IBD, and BDD models, translate requirements into hardware/software architectures, support cyber/Zero-Trust mapping (NIST/JSIG), assist cloud integration (Azure), automate test environment provisioning, integrate model validation into CI/CD, plan integration tests, produce ICDs, and mentor junior engineers.

Develop and execute software test plans and procedures, perform SW/HW integration and troubleshooting, build automated test approaches and CI/CD data collection, run developmental and acceptance tests, document and resolve software issues, and provide on-site field and customer support.

Design, build, integrate, test, install, and maintain communications hardware and rack-based systems. Create drawings/BOMs, specify cabling and cooling, perform signal/power analysis, system verification, lab/field integration, troubleshooting, and stakeholder briefings. On-site role with travel and clearance requirements.

Lead an integrated product team to plan, budget, execute, and report navigation algorithm and software development for safety-critical embedded GPS/INS systems. Ensure adherence to safety-critical standards, manage schedules, mitigate risks, coordinate staffing, run Agile ceremonies, and support airworthiness certification and customer/senior leadership communications.

Support program scheduling by developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules, performing schedule/resource/cost analysis, conducting schedule risk and critical path analysis, implementing EVMS and DCMA best practices, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting IBR/JSR audits while interfacing with program teams and suppliers.

Lead and manage airborne electronic attack programs through all phases: cost, schedule, technical performance, EVM, resource allocation, contract negotiation, customer engagement, risk/opportunity management, and proposal/capture support. Supervise cross-functional and engineering teams and ensure adherence to contract scope, processes, and government property requirements.
