We Make Remote Work Remarkable • TopTalent from LatAm

Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.

We need an English-fluent Product Data Analyst, Mobile Apps, based in Brazil, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Own analysis for assigned mobile apps: activation, feature adoption, onboarding drop-off, engagement, and retention

  • Turn product questions into well-scoped analyses and clear recommendations

  • Build funnel, cohort, and retention analyses on large event datasets in BigQuery

  • Partner with product managers and engineers on event tracking plans and instrumentation QA

  • Run A/B tests from analysis through readout

  • Develop and maintain SQL and dbt models that power reporting and analysis

  • Use AI tools daily to write and review queries, automate recurring reports, and speed up insight generation

  • Catch anomalies and data integrity gaps, then fix or escalate them

  • Present findings to non-technical audiences in clear, concise narratives

  • Proactively surface trends and opportunities

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering in a remote, async-friendly environment

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a related role

  • Strong SQL skills: CTEs, window functions, complex joins, and query optimization on large datasets

  • Hands-on experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform

  • Working familiarity with dbt and modern data modeling practices

  • Solid analysis skills: funnels, cohorts, retention, and event data

  • Experience with A/B testing: hypotheses, sample size, statistical significance, and interpreting results

  • Programming ability, ideally in Python, for analysis and automation beyond SQL

  • Daily use of AI tools in your analytics workflow

  • Experience with a BI or visualization tool (Datastudio, QuickSight, or similar)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities

  • Fluent English and at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern business hours

It's a plus:

  • Experience at a mobile app company

  • Experience with ad-monetized or subscription consumer apps

  • Experience with AI-powered BI tools or agent-driven reporting workflows

Compensation:

  • The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

  • This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.

  • The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
