Summary: The Marketing Specialist I provides day-to-day support for BakeMark’s Marketing Department by coordinating projects, organizing marketing activities, and assisting with communications that support our Sales teams across North America. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative marketing environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support daily marketing activities and projects.
- Coordinate project timelines and schedules.
- Assist with creating and organizing marketing materials.
- Help distribute promotional communications to Sales teams.
- Coordinate meetings, samples, and project requests.
- Support trade shows and company events.
- Maintain marketing files and project documentation.
- Assist with presentations and reports.
- Work closely with multiple departments to keep projects moving.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of marketing, administrative, or project coordination experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Dependable and team oriented.
