The role oversees scalable deployments involving analytics, AI, cloud, big data, BI, data governance, integration, and master data management.

Consults with clients on marketing technology, customer data, and customer experience transformation. Leads strategy, solution design, implementation, activation, analytics, and performance measurement for customer engagement initiatives. Translates business goals into scalable technology solutions, guides data integration and solution roadmaps, manages project delivery, facilitates workshops, supports proposals and business cases, and mentors junior consultants.
