Supports pharmaceutical consulting projects by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, developing strategic insights, coordinating workstreams, managing timelines, and creating client deliverables. Collaborates with clients, internal teams, and leadership to solve ambiguous business challenges across Commercial and R&D. Contributes to strategic recommendations, project execution, internal initiatives, and team culture while applying industry trends, business acumen, and cross-functional problem-solving skills.

Design and develop scalable software systems and production LLM solutions using RAG, agentic workflows, PEFT, and guardrails. Own architecture, technical execution, SDLC activities, cloud and Databricks governance, DevOps automation, testing, deployment, and system reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct code reviews, translate business requirements, and guide software design. The role is client-facing and follows a hybrid work model with travel as needed.

Lead product marketing for ZAIDYN Field Performance, defining positioning, narratives, go-to-market strategies, launches, packaging, and sales enablement. Develop messaging, demos, case studies, ROI stories, and competitive materials while partnering with product, sales, customer success, and industry marketing teams. Conduct market and buyer research, oversee win/loss analysis, support advocacy programs, and translate AI and analytics capabilities into compelling customer value across global markets.
