Lead product financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, investment analysis, pricing and packaging scenarios, and executive financial reporting. Partner with product general managers and cross-functional go-to-market teams to optimize revenue, analyze churn and product mix, improve forecast accuracy, and guide resource allocation. Coach analysts and drive planning cycles across budget, forecast, and long-range planning.

Drives revenue growth through consultative selling to enterprise technology customers. Develops account and territory strategies, leads complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, conducts discovery and ROI modeling, negotiates contracts, mentors junior sales staff, manages key relationships, identifies expansion opportunities, and coordinates internal technical resources to deliver tailored solutions.

Own Zoom’s performance management strategy, talent planning, succession processes, and supporting technology roadmap. Design scalable check-ins, goal-setting, feedback, talent reviews, and development systems. Create manager toolkits and learning experiences, use AI and analytics to measure impact, and continuously improve adoption. Partner with senior leaders, HR teams, and business stakeholders to build integrated, data-driven talent and learning programs.
