Build a content and distribution engine across major social platforms, use AI tools for content production, engage third-party communities, measure growth and adoption, and collaborate with product and marketing teams.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for Federal clients, design and demo Zoom-based collaboration and telephony solutions, implement proofs of concept, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and translate customer needs into product recommendations and feature requests. Support Account Executives throughout the sales cycle and maintain advanced proficiency across video, voice, networking, security, APIs/SDKs, and AI.

Maintain, scale, and improve SaaS production platforms with a focus on automation, observability, disaster recovery, and 99.999% availability. Lead incident response, perform root cause analysis, optimize performance, and collaborate with engineering teams to implement durable operational improvements.
