Serve as a trusted technical advisor for Federal clients, design and demo Zoom-based collaboration and telephony solutions, implement proofs of concept, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and translate customer needs into product recommendations and feature requests. Support Account Executives throughout the sales cycle and maintain advanced proficiency across video, voice, networking, security, APIs/SDKs, and AI.

Maintain, scale, and improve SaaS production platforms with a focus on automation, observability, disaster recovery, and 99.999% availability. Lead incident response, perform root cause analysis, optimize performance, and collaborate with engineering teams to implement durable operational improvements.

Leads Zoom’s technical SEO and AEO roadmap across CMS platforms, web applications, APIs, and frontend frameworks. Owns crawlability, indexability, rendering, structured data, performance, sitemaps, redirects, and internal linking. Builds reusable SEO services, automation, monitoring, dashboards, and CI/CD quality gates. Establishes technical standards and partners with SEO, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Content teams to improve organic visibility, acquisition, pipeline, and revenue across search engines and AI discovery platforms.

Manage end-to-end global VAT and indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, support month-end/quarter-end indirect tax accounting, assist with e-invoicing and digital tax reporting, collaborate on tax technology automation and AI-driven improvements, respond to audits, and provide tax advisory to internal and customer-facing teams.

Generate outbound pipeline through high-volume prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn. Research accounts, develop tailored messaging, test outreach strategies, analyze performance metrics, manage leads, and coordinate qualified handoffs with Commercial Account Executives. Maintain accurate CRM and sales engagement records while continuously improving conversion rates and owning results in a dynamic environment.

Drive enterprise sales for employee engagement solutions, manage a full sales cycle, engage with HR leaders, and achieve revenue targets.

Sell Zoom's Workplace Platform to midmarket customers by prospecting, managing inbound leads, upselling existing accounts, delivering demos and proposals, conducting QBRs, engaging C-level executives, qualifying needs, and coordinating technical resources to close deals.
