Lead cross-functional analysis and delivery of scalable Salesforce-based solutions for Sales. Gather requirements, design processes, integrate systems (Zuora, CPQ, marketing integrations), prototype in Salesforce, manage UAT, coordinate stakeholders, and research AI-enabled tools to improve sales operations and tooling.

Support and improve Zoom's connected planning platform by triaging user issues, provisioning access, coordinating enhancements, conducting root-cause analysis, participating in UAT and data validation, creating documentation, and partnering with Finance, GTM, and People teams to drive model/report cleanup and operational improvements.

Sell Zoom's Workplace Platform to midmarket customers by prospecting, managing inbound leads, upselling existing accounts, delivering demos and proposals, conducting QBRs, engaging C-level executives, qualifying needs, and coordinating technical resources to close deals.
