Manage day-to-day People Operations tasks: HRIS data entry and audits, Tier 1 employee support, HR tech troubleshooting, compliance and regulatory reporting support, I-9 and immigration transaction support, and administration of recognition programs following SOPs.

Design and implement scalable data systems, models, and AI-powered tooling. Own data modeling, CI/CD, testing, and observability. Partner with RevOps, Decision Science, Product, and Engineering to embed analytics and mentor teammates to raise engineering standards for data.

Lead design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and infrastructure. Own architecture, data pipelines, experimentation, validation, and team technical leadership to drive AI-driven product features and business value.
