Full-cycle new business sales role focused on prospecting, cold calling/emailing, demoing the ZipRecruiter platform, managing free trials into paid accounts, building pipeline, meeting monthly new-business quotas, and sharing best practices with peers. High-activity role with defined call/email targets and a 30-45 day sales cycle.

The role involves designing and maintaining machine learning models, analyzing data, and optimizing algorithms to solve business problems.

Provide front-desk and office operations support for ZipRecruiter’s Santa Monica office, managing access, supplies, mail, catering, meeting setup, event logistics, and visitor coordination. Serve employees both in-person and virtually, triage related inquiries, and support workplace programs and team-building activities.
