Lead development of ground charging infrastructure from site evaluation through permitting and construction readiness. Manage due diligence, design reviews, permitting, utility coordination, consultants, and stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable charging sites and ensure regulatory and constructability compliance.

Lead strategy and execution of ground infrastructure projects from site identification through permitting and construction readiness. Provide technical leadership on site due diligence, design review, permitting, utility coordination, stakeholder negotiations, and portfolio risk mitigation. Mentor Development Managers, standardize processes and design standards, and coordinate cross-functionally to remove execution roadblocks while communicating status and recommendations to senior leadership.

Supports Zipline’s community engagement team by helping plan events, workshops, and virtual meetups; creating newsletter and social media content; responding to community inquiries; researching community needs; tracking engagement metrics; compiling reports; and providing administrative support. The role requires strong communication, community-building interest, digital engagement experience, frequent local travel, and independent transportation.
