Lead technical execution and architecture for the Loyalty product. Own roadmap, design distributed services and APIs, ensure reliability/observability, integrate with ZMP and AthenaOS, build and coach engineering teams, and drive cross-team delivery of scalable multi-tenant loyalty capabilities.

Leads solution definition for client implementations and large enhancement projects. Gathers requirements, analyzes workflows and technical infrastructure, performs gap analyses, recommends solutions, estimates project impact, and manages documentation. Collaborates with architects, developers, QA, production support, and client teams throughout implementation, UAT, and delivery. Serves as a subject matter expert, identifies risks, communicates technical concepts, and advises on capabilities, staffing, and infrastructure needs.

Manages programmatic analytics and insights for client accounts, leading measurement frameworks, brand lift studies, incrementality testing, and A/B experiments. Develops media and campaign strategies, communicates performance insights to clients, and supports pitches and QBRs. Oversees, mentors, and develops analysts while partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve measurement tools, campaign optimization, and analytical capabilities.
