Teams at Zenlayer

Act as primary regional contact for strategic customers, build relationships, coordinate delivery of services and projects, resolve escalations, gather feedback, and support retention and growth alongside global account teams.

Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable, reconcile AP to the General Ledger, prepare journal entries and month-end close schedules, and lead process improvement and ERP/automation initiatives to strengthen controls and efficiency.

Manage purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payment requests; maintain accurate procurement records in ERP; reconcile invoices and support financial reporting, audits, and process improvements.
