Manages customer invoicing, collections, cash application, account reconciliations, AR reporting, and month-end close support. Resolves billing disputes, monitors aging accounts, applies payments, supports bad debt analysis and audits, and maintains internal controls. The Network Support Engineer provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 network support, diagnosing and resolving issues, configuring hardware, and ensuring network reliability and performance.

Qualify inbound leads, distribute prospects, and serve as the initial contact for mid-market and enterprise customers. Conduct proactive outreach through email and LinkedIn, book qualified meetings, and help build outreach processes, reports, dashboards, and performance tracking. The role requires learning Zenlayer’s products, providing prospect feedback to marketing and sales, and meeting quotas.

Drive new business by prospecting and selling Zenlayer edge cloud and networking services. Manage outreach, nurture leads through the sales funnel, demo product console, close deals, and transition customers to post-sale support while representing the company professionally.

Source and evaluate data center capacity nationwide to support AI infrastructure growth. Manage relationships with colocation providers, landlords, utilities, and partners; negotiate commercial terms; coordinate cross-functional site feasibility, due diligence, and deployment; track market intelligence; and travel extensively to build scalable sourcing processes.

Serve as a hands-on HR business partner for employees and managers across the Americas and Europe. Support employee engagement, workplace culture, regional HR initiatives, people programs, talent and organizational projects, and day-to-day HR matters while collaborating with global HR and internal stakeholders.

Act as primary regional contact for strategic customers, build relationships, coordinate delivery of services and projects, resolve escalations, gather feedback, and support retention and growth alongside global account teams.
