Manage customer invoicing, collections, cash application, account reconciliations, and AR reporting. Work with Sales, Customer Success, Billing, and Accounting to resolve disputes, reduce receivables, support month-end close, and improve AR processes and internal controls.

Manage purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payment requests; maintain accurate procurement records in ERP; reconcile invoices and support financial reporting, audits, and process improvements.

The Business Development Manager will identify customer opportunities for Zenlayer Elastic Compute by engaging with technical communities, generating leads, and providing market insights to improve product positioning.

The Network Support Engineer provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 network support, diagnosing and resolving issues, configuring hardware, and ensuring network reliability and performance.
