Zenlayer Benefits Overview

Manages customer invoicing, collections, cash application, account reconciliations, AR reporting, and month-end close support. Resolves billing disputes, monitors aging accounts, applies payments, supports bad debt analysis and audits, and maintains internal controls. The role also identifies process improvements and participates in ERP enhancements while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Billing, and Accounting teams.

Perform full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end close, financial reporting support, audit support, and vendor management. Maintain accurate financial records, monitor billing and receivables, support internal controls, and improve accounting processes through ERP enhancements, automation, and SOP documentation.

Manage purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payment requests; maintain accurate procurement records in ERP; reconcile invoices and support financial reporting, audits, and process improvements.
