The Network Support Engineer provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for networking issues, troubleshoots hardware failures, configures network equipment, monitors infrastructure, and collaborates on IT projects.

The Project Coordinator will manage daily project operations, ensure timely delivery, resolve issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships while liaising between departments.

Act as primary regional contact for strategic customers, build relationships, coordinate delivery of services and projects, resolve escalations, gather feedback, and support retention and growth alongside global account teams.
