Own full-cycle recruiting for US GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, leadership) in AI security. Build sourcing strategies and pipelines, run interviews and debriefs, use AI tools and ATS daily, partner with hiring leaders on hiring criteria, manage pipelines and hiring manager relationships, and deliver a respectful, effective candidate experience.

Serve as a dedicated technical partner for strategic enterprise customers, owning complex technical investigations across integrations, observability, and detection systems. Provide executive communication during high-visibility incidents, drive root-cause resolution, build trust with senior security stakeholders, identify recurring risks and optimizations, and help scale Strategic Support through documentation and on-call participation.

Lead Zenity's global communications: media and analyst relations, executive and internal communications, corporate narrative, social and content. Build PR strategy, manage agencies, ghostwrite for executives, run rapid-response to breaking AI/security news, partner with product marketing, and measure coverage, share of voice, and sentiment to drive category leadership.
