Own a Fortune 1000-focused Southern California territory, develop strategic enterprise accounts, generate pipeline, and lead complex SaaS sales cycles. Engage CISOs and senior security, cloud, AI, governance, and executive stakeholders; manage technical discovery and proof-of-concepts; navigate procurement committees; and coordinate partner-influenced deals with VARs, hyperscalers, and alliances. The role requires enterprise SaaS sales experience, cybersecurity exposure, executive presence, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Own technical and strategic success for complex enterprise accounts post-sale. Lead deployments, integrations, governance approvals, escalations, strategic reviews, and expansion opportunities while coordinating customers, Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and external technology teams. Translate customer requirements into success plans and product insights, manage technical risks, influence roadmap direction, and mentor Customer Success colleagues. The role requires substantial cybersecurity expertise, enterprise SaaS experience, executive communication, and ownership of complex customer outcomes.

Embed onsite with Microsoft as a senior engineer to design, build, deploy, and validate production-grade integrations and AI security capabilities on Zenity's platform. Lead technical deployments, run investigations, translate findings to engineering, and influence product roadmap while ensuring enterprise reliability, security, and performance.
