Lead technical presales engagements to assess customer challenges, architect AI-driven CX/ES solutions, design pilots and proofs of value, integrate systems via APIs and cloud platforms, measure AI performance and ROI, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption and influence product roadmap.

Lead the evolution of the partner technology ecosystem, optimizing partner experience and integrations to drive revenue growth and efficiency.

Lead renewals forecasting, predictive churn modeling, and impact measurement for CX. Build production-grade SQL models in Snowflake, integrate multi-source systems (Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong), apply LLMs/AI to automate workflows, drive data governance, and translate insights for executive decision-making to improve GRR and NRR.

Provide strategic legal counsel for global AI products, ensuring compliance with evolving AI safety and privacy laws, enabling sales and product teams, engaging regulators and industry groups, driving AI trust initiatives, applying legal technology to streamline reviews, and mentoring junior lawyers to support product growth while mitigating risk.
