The Forward Deployed Engineer will lead the technical delivery of AI solutions, build integrations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams to enhance Zendesk's AI capabilities for enterprise customers.

Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Zendesk's MarTech and digital systems. Build scalable integrations across CMS, eCommerce, trials, marketing automation, and CRM. Lead AI evaluation and governance, ensure data quality and privacy compliance, align IT and GTM teams, and drive enterprise migrations and platform enhancements to enable personalized customer journeys and flexible monetization.

Lead sourcing strategy and execution for software and engineering categories, including AI/LLM vendors. Manage vendor due diligence, RFx, contract negotiations, forecasting for usage and licenses, cost-management initiatives, and multi-vendor LLM strategy. Partner with Legal, Security, IT, and Engineering to optimize consumption, mitigate risk, and drive commercial leverage and shorter renewal cycles.

Lead technical strategy and architecture of AI-driven solutions for customer experience, focusing on business outcomes and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead the evolution of the partner technology ecosystem, optimizing partner experience and integrations to drive revenue growth and efficiency.
