Leads Young Storytellers’ strategic vision, fundraising, financial stewardship, operations, programs, partnerships, board engagement, and team development. The Executive Director will diversify revenue, secure major gifts, manage budgets, strengthen organizational systems, support an inclusive workplace, measure program impact, and build relationships with donors, schools, volunteers, and Los Angeles arts and education communities.
