Teams at YMCA of the Foothills

Lead and supervise youth and teens in safe, meaningful recreational, enrichment, fitness, and sports activities. Coordinate large-group programs, support youth development, mediate conflicts, communicate with families and team members, and uphold YMCA values and youth-protection policies. The role requires child-safety screening, CPR and First Aid certification, and effective engagement with diverse youth populations.

Deliver small-group and one-on-one strength and conditioning instruction, design and modify workouts, ensure safe, clean workout environments, build member relationships, and promote attendance while following YMCA policies and certifications.

Oversee daily preschool operations, supervise and mentor teachers, ensure developmentally appropriate curriculum and licensing compliance (Title 22/CCLD), manage enrollment, budgeting, scheduling, safety, recordkeeping, family engagement, and staff development while fostering community partnerships and continuous program improvement.
