Provide front-desk membership support: welcome members, handle inquiries and payments, promote memberships via tours and follow-up, manage data entry and registrations, uphold YMCA values, and assist with program information and clerical tasks.

Provide attentive supervision and mentorship to children, lead age-appropriate activities, maintain safety through active supervision and emergency response, foster positive connections with families, promote inclusion and positive behavior, and support a collaborative team environment.

Supervise Kid Zone operations supporting health, safety, program quality, staff supervision, and daily administration. Serve as manager on duty, complete risk assessments and checklists, address parent/member concerns, model YMCA values, and assist the Program Director with reporting, operational effectiveness, and fundraising. Maintain certifications and follow established policies and procedures.
