Teams at YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles

Frontline YMCA ambassador who builds member relationships, supports wellness goals, conducts onboarding and consultations, promotes memberships, drives sales and retention, processes registrations and payments, and fosters an inclusive community. The role also supports fitness-center safety, wellness events, outreach, and compliance with YMCA policies and values.

Supports YMCA fundraising and volunteerism activities through donor stewardship, gift and constituent data management, fundraising reports, grant research, sponsorships, campaigns, special events, and board coordination. Provides administrative support including meeting logistics, communications, vendor invoices, expense reports, procurement, and office administration. Maintains Raiser's Edge and Luminate Online databases, ensures data accuracy, and builds relationships with donors, sponsors, staff, and community partners.

Welcomes and engages YMCA members, conducts onboarding and wellness consultations, promotes memberships and programs, performs sales and retention outreach, supports fitness goals, processes memberships and payments, and maintains a safe, inclusive environment. Builds community relationships, facilitates member connections, supports wellness events, and upholds YMCA safety, confidentiality, conduct, and service standards.
