Lead and coordinate a grant-funded after school program at an LAUSD campus. Supervise and coach staff, plan and run age-appropriate enrichment activities, build partnerships with school staff and families, ensure program safety and grant compliance, and support student development and belonging.

Lead a grant-funded after-school program on an LAUSD campus, supervise and coach staff, build relationships with school staff and families, design and run enrichment activities, ensure program safety and compliance with YMCA and grant requirements.

Officiate youth sports games (primarily basketball) following YMCA rules, ensure participant safety, teach rules and techniques, set up/operate equipment, build positive relationships with participants and families, attend trainings, and uphold YMCA policies and core values.
