Leads enterprise business development for Year Up United’s Employers of Influence accounts, building relationships with Fortune 500 companies, generating leads, presenting to executives, closing revenue, and securing internship placements. Manages target-account pipelines, proposals, networking, strategic partnerships, and client handoffs. Also mentors students, facilitates group sessions, and supports the learning community.

Drives new employer partnership sales for Career Connect by building pipelines, developing strategic accounts, securing revenue, selling workforce solutions, and managing pilots and partnerships. The role requires consultative business development, industry expertise, relationship building, Salesforce management, networking, and achievement of sales targets. It also includes coaching students, facilitating group sessions, and participating in site-team activities. This is a hybrid role requiring regular in-person engagement.

Executive leader responsible for building and scaling Career Connect, a workforce solutions business. Owns growth strategy, employer partnerships, revenue generation, pilot launches, learner solution design, placement outcomes, operating model development, and cross-functional delivery. Builds and leads sales, solutions design, and delivery teams while establishing repeatable workforce programs across high-demand industries. Success is measured through employer acquisition, revenue, placements, learner outcomes, satisfaction, and sustainable business integration.
