Provide client onboarding, training, and product support for XR Pay Entertainment Payroll platforms. Manage user accounts, configure production codes, assist payees, create documentation and training media, coordinate with development teams for testing, tickets, and release validation, and act as client-facing liaison for product issues and feature rollouts.
