Manage complex manufacturing sourcing cases requiring technical review, supplier outreach, pricing analysis, and cross-functional coordination. Investigate supplier or production issues, review engineering drawings and GD&T, validate manufacturing feasibility and costs, negotiate with suppliers and customers, document escalations, and support sourcing coordinators. The role covers CNC machining, sheet-metal fabrication, and additive manufacturing while balancing cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

Source solutions for complex manufacturing orders by identifying production issues, developing alternative sourcing strategies, coordinating with internal teams and customers, managing partner relationships, and resolving capacity or fulfillment constraints. The role tracks sourcing KPIs, including margin and time to resolution, while delivering strong service across the partner network and customer base.
