The role tracks sourcing KPIs, including margin and time to resolution, while delivering strong service across the partner network and customer base.

Process sales orders accurately by verifying customer accounts, part numbers, pricing, shipping requirements, quality clauses, and terms. Resolve order discrepancies with customers, research information across systems, and collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Legal, Quality, and Engineering. Maintain data accuracy, remove order barriers, support purchase-order inquiries, and deliver positive customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Expertise in injection molding, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, GD&T, inspection practices, materials, equipment selection, and manufacturing processes is required.

Manages mid-market client relationships and develops full-funnel growth marketing strategies focused on acquisition, conversion, attribution, nurturing, and revenue growth. Leads multichannel campaigns, client performance reviews, lead scoring, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional execution. Partners with Sales to expand revenue and travels to meet clients. Requires digital marketing expertise, analytics proficiency, client-facing experience, and strong communication skills.

Manage manufacturing partner success throughout the production lifecycle by coordinating task completion, monitoring communication queues, prioritizing work, conducting portfolio reviews, and escalating risks. Serve as a primary partner contact, resolve production blockers, manage RMA projects and financial reclamations, and collaborate with Operations and PD&T teams. Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards while supporting throughput, partner relationships, and operational performance.

Manage relationships with pre-vetted manufacturing partners participating in Xometry’s Partner RFQ program. Conduct quarterly business reviews, monitor bid, win, quality, and delivery metrics, address partner concerns, gather feedback, and drive platform and process improvements with product and operations teams. Support partner capability expansion, strategic account growth, and performance improvement through analytics, communication, and action planning.
