The role supports sales through product demonstrations and technical consulting, translates complex needs into scalable workflows, identifies risks, resolves technical roadblocks, and gathers feedback to influence product development. It requires accounting or bookkeeping operations experience, cloud accounting ecosystem knowledge, SaaS pre-sales or technical account management experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
