Own full-cycle recruiting for X-LAB’s rapidly growing US and global teams. Responsibilities include creating job descriptions, sourcing passive candidates, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, partnering with hiring leaders, improving candidate experience, representing the company at recruiting events, and reporting on hiring metrics. The role is fully onsite in Santa Monica with periodic field travel.

Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for X-LAB’s bicycle portfolio. Lead cross-functional launches, translate technical features into consumer and dealer benefits, create product marketing assets, manage competitive intelligence, coordinate global product teams, and gather feedback from dealers, riders, media, and internal stakeholders. Establish repeatable launch processes and ensure coordinated execution across ecommerce, sales, creative, PR, dealer, and operational channels.

Manage sales operations, develop processes to meet sales targets, monitor performance, and support training and engagement within the sales team.
