Leads resource planning and operational strategy for Activision’s Call of Duty studios. Responsibilities include maintaining resource and budget forecasts, analyzing operational data, explaining variances, supporting financial planning, preparing leadership updates, coordinating business reviews, and executing cross-functional strategic initiatives. The role synthesizes quantitative and stakeholder input into actionable recommendations, improves organizational processes, and partners with studio, finance, corporate, and executive teams.

Supports game economy analysis for Call of Duty by applying economic theory, econometrics, probability, and statistics to player and game data. The intern will query data with SQL, analyze it using Python or R, create visualizations, and communicate insights to game developers and product managers. This is a 12-week, in-person internship in Santa Monica, California, for currently enrolled master's or PhD students graduating December 2027 through June 2028.

Supports data pipelines, analytics services, and AI-powered data products using Python, SQL, Databricks, and Spark. Assists with testing, validation, monitoring, troubleshooting, governance, observability, access controls, and data security. Collaborates with Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, Product, and Player Insights teams to build reliable, scalable, maintainable solutions under senior engineering guidance.
