The Client Partner will develop relationships with Fortune 500 companies, create sales strategies, and drive revenue through high-impact advertising campaigns.

Provide legal counsel to product and engineering teams on AI, privacy, content regulation, copyright, advertising, and consumer protection. Partner cross-functionally to advise on product features, build scalable legal processes, support international expansion, and stay current on U.S. and international laws affecting xAI products. Work in-office full time and collaborate with Legal, Engineering, Safety, Policy, and Business Development.

Lead the Human Data function to deliver high-quality training data and evaluations. Manage Team Leads and AI Tutors, define annotation guidelines and QA processes, scale operations globally, recruit and develop talent, collaborate with engineering and program teams, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
