Teams at WuXi Chemistry

Drives business development and sales growth for Research Chemistry Services across pharma, biotech, research, agricultural, and veterinary markets. Identifies and qualifies prospects, develops customer relationships, coordinates technical proposals, negotiates and closes opportunities, supports conferences and events, and serves as a primary customer contact. Requires scientific understanding of drug discovery through preclinical development and collaboration with technical and leadership teams.

Leads CMC projects across API and drug product development and manufacturing, managing initiation, planning, timelines, budgets, risks, deliverables, client communications, and cross-functional teams. Supports technical problem-solving, proposals, change orders, business development, customer visits, conferences, and project reporting. Requires pharmaceutical or CRO/CMO experience, CMC and GMP knowledge, strong project management skills, English and Mandarin proficiency, and approximately 25% travel.

Drives regional sales growth for WuXi Biology by prospecting, developing customer relationships, qualifying opportunities, negotiating proposals, and closing new business. Partners with scientific and internal teams to deliver client solutions, achieve sales and profitability targets, manage customer relationships, and expand accounts. Represents the organization at conferences and facilitates customer travel to China. The remote role preferably supports East Coast coverage and requires significant client and conference travel.
