Senior individual contributor responsible for designing and owning security engineering programs: security tooling, identity and access architecture, cloud security posture (GCP), detection engineering and SIEM operation, incident response and forensics, OAuth and third-party app governance, secrets and MFA strategy, endpoint and vulnerability management, and security automation/Infrastructure-as-Code. Mentors teammates and partners with platform engineering and IT leadership to implement controls and automation.

Senior staff engineer role owning platform and solution architecture across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD, observability, and data pipelines. Build reusable modules, improve developer experience, secure cloud patterns, troubleshoot production systems, mentor engineers, and partner with product and data teams to deliver scalable, reliable platform capabilities.

Leads Wpromote’s paid social discipline, managing senior leaders, client portfolios, retention, growth, resources, and P&L. Provides executive client strategy, coaches teams, supports pitches, modernizes full-funnel measurement, develops AI-enabled workflows, strengthens platform partnerships, and advances integrated paid media across social, search, creative, analytics, and programmatic. The role also oversees performance management, training, business-process improvements, executive reporting, issue resolution, and thought leadership.
