Own and optimize the MarTech stack (Pardot, Salesforce, GA4, Webflow, 6sense, ZoomInfo, DataGroomr); maintain integrations and data integrity; build lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, and attribution workflows; run data hygiene and privacy processes; configure analytics and multi-touch reporting; implement AI-driven marketing workflows; and partner with Sales, IT, and RevOps to ensure full-funnel visibility and operational efficiency.

Guide customers through SaaS onboarding: configure software using best-practice playbooks, run training, manage multiple implementation projects, document progress, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate cross-functionally while leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows.
