Teams at Workday

Lead Workday HCM Reporting and Analytics implementations for enterprise customers. Configure, test, and maintain Workday reporting solutions, including Report Writer, Prism Analytics, composite reports, calculated fields, dashboards, discovery boards, and worksheets. Provide product demonstrations, enablement, and customer guidance while collaborating with senior stakeholders and technical teams. Apply data modeling, SQL, and business intelligence expertise to solve complex process issues and support post-launch customer success. Travel may be required up to 20%.

Drive add-on and renewal sales of Workday solutions to existing large enterprise customers. Responsibilities include account planning, relationship development, upselling, deal negotiation, strategic account management, and coordination with presales, marketing, technical, and sales support teams.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, execution, and commercial performance of Workday’s Leader Enablement and Coaching product suite. Oversees product managers, partners with Engineering and cross-functional teams, advocates for customers, drives AI and SaaS product development, manages product P&L, and builds solutions connecting leadership development, coaching, and performance management.
