Lead and manage full-cycle semi-monthly payroll for a multi-site nonprofit using ADP Workforce Now. Supervise payroll staff, ensure California and multi-state compliance, drive process improvements, manage integrations with HRIS/finance/timekeeping, handle audits and reporting, and serve as primary payroll subject-matter expert and cross-functional partner.

Lead logistics operations across 150+ sites, overseeing warehouse, procurement, inventory, fleet, and vendor management. Manage the logistics team, redesign procurement workflows, implement inventory/asset systems with IT, support regional expansion readiness, ensure compliance with grant/audit requirements, and provide operational reporting and continuous improvement.

Build, validate, and submit funder and district reports; produce and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and ad-hoc analyses to inform program and operational decisions; partner with program, compliance, and data teams to ensure data quality and reproducible, audit-ready reporting while complying with FERPA and student data privacy requirements.
