Support HR lifecycle tasks including onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, and HRIS (UKG) data entry; audit timecards; prepare letters and org charts; run reports; maintain employee files; liaise with Payroll, IT, and Finance; create SOPs and support employees with HR inquiries to improve processes and data accuracy.

The AVP/Head of eCommerce will lead eCommerce strategy and execution for various brands, manage online sales, and drive growth through digital marketing and retailer partnerships.

Develop and execute national, regional, and account-specific trade and shopper marketing programs. Create POS materials, manage trade marketing budget and vendor fulfillment, analyze promotional performance using IRI and Margin Minder, run coupon programs, maintain SharePoint communications, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Finance, and external agencies to drive incremental volume.
