Lead daily accounts payable operations across multiple business units, including invoice processing, payment creation, reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, vendor communication, month-end close, compliance reporting, and workflow monitoring. Provide team guidance without direct management responsibility, prepare analytical reports, support ERP and invoice-routing systems, and drive automation and process improvements while maintaining accuracy, controls, and timely service.

Participates in an 18–24-month finance and accounting rotation program across company business units. Performs month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, financial statement support, budgeting, forecasting, working capital and investment analysis, audit support, compliance initiatives, tax filing support, and process improvement. Prepares management reports and presents findings to executives.

Analyze consumer behavior, sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and eCommerce impact data. Build and disseminate Power BI dashboards, prepare actionable findings for Brand Marketing and Sales stakeholders, collaborate on cross-functional research projects, review presentation design consistency, and document processes. The role requires strong Excel, Power BI, and R skills, familiarity with syndicated sales data and eCommerce workflows, and the ability to communicate quantitative insights clearly.
