Use recruiting data, reporting, analytics, and technology to improve decisions and processes. Build talent pipelines, maintain ATS data integrity, represent the employer externally, and lead Talent Acquisition initiatives and process improvements.

Reviews monthly, quarterly, statutory, and audit financial reporting across multiple business units. Owns the lease accounting portfolio, ensuring ASC 842 and IFRS 16 compliance, maintaining LeaseAccelerator records, reviewing contracts, resolving technical issues, and overseeing reconciliations. Researches technical accounting matters, drafts accounting memos and disclosures, supports audits and tax filings, improves reporting controls, and serves as the lease accounting software subject matter expert and administrator.

Provides white-glove, end-to-end technology support for senior executives across offices, residences, remote work, travel, meetings, and events. Troubleshoots Apple, Microsoft, mobile, conferencing, networking, AV, cloud, security, smart-device, and home-automation systems. Leads executive technology deployments and infrastructure initiatives, coordinates vendors and escalations, develops secure automations, maintains documentation and backup coverage, and mentors team members. Requires proactive issue prevention, rapid incident response, discretion, executive presence, and extensive cross-platform technical expertise.
