Supports budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, management reporting, variance analysis, and business decision support. Partners with Finance and operational leaders to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and profitability improvements. Develops financial presentations, improves reporting processes, automates recurring analysis, and supports Finance transformation initiatives.

Assists senior Business Affairs executives with calls, calendars, project tracking, client files, deal negotiations, contract and agreement review, research on deal precedents and guild requirements, and administrative workflow. The role offers training in entertainment business affairs, contracts, and agency operations while requiring responsiveness, organization, confidentiality, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Leads WME’s data product strategy, self-service analytics, data governance, domain intelligence, predictive capabilities, and reuse of third-party data. Builds and manages a focused team while partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, Research, Operations, Cybersecurity, and business leaders. Owns data product roadmaps, shared definitions, adoption, business impact, and responsible use, translating data into decision-support capabilities that improve revenue, productivity, opportunities, and client outcomes.
