Sets multi-year technology roadmap, reviews and approves major designs, governs API and legacy modernization strategy, and partners with cybersecurity to embed security and AI architecture across the estate.

Manage talent billing end-to-end: audit job entries, generate and reconcile invoices, assist with collections and 1099s, support talent onboarding and month-end close activities, and maintain billing records and reports.

Lead business development with brands and agencies to generate revenue from creator-driven content. Own full sales cycle, prospecting (15+ meetings/week), pitch and close deals, manage campaign delivery, analyze performance, maintain CRM, and build scalable sales processes while collaborating across teams to position WME clients for brand partnerships.
